I have over thirty years of healthcare information systems experience. For the past five years I have been providing subject matter services as an SQL and Reports/Extracts Developer. I have supported Patient Management, Scheduling, Master Files, and Revenue Cycle. My experience includes: understanding customer requirements, system landscape, and existing business processes. I have strong inter-personal skills as well as team building skills. I have experience in developing and conducting end user training for all aspects of Soarian Financials, and I also have experience in designing instructional workbook materials, conducting classroom and web-based training for customers. I have also served as a Subject Matter Expert for various modules within Soarian Financials.
